Finding Other Fraters Papers

Is it possible for us to get ahold of previously submitted papers of members that are of interest to us, for us to study? Also are any society papers available from the early days that we are able to obtain?
I have desired to do good
But i have not desired to make noise
Because i have felt that noise did no good
