I think all the big Regalia Guys are having to tighten their belts. And shops are a big expense.

They've moved the shop and the offices above it round to Russel Court (about 10-15 minutes walk)
Just leave Central Regalia and the shop in FMH as the sole suppliers on GQS

As Bill says, a physical premises is an expensive overhead these days
